On June 13, OIH held a themed camp to promote the Group's 15th Five-Year Development Plan and strengthen employee engagement, cultural life, and team cohesion. The opening ceremony was hosted by Huang Qin, Chairwoman of the Group Trade Union.

The event convened representatives from 20 invested enterprises and directly managed units, including trade union leaders, team leaders, backbone staff, and outstanding employees. Designed as an interactive program, the camp seamlessly integrated learning, communication, and team-building activities.

Aligning the 15th Five-Year Plan with workforce cultural development, the initiative aimed to reinforce employees' sense of mission while fostering collective motivation. Participants engaged enthusiastically, demonstrating strong unity, dedication, and enterprise.

The Striving Camp concluded on a vibrant note. Attendees reported a strengthened sense of collective honor and renewed determination, pledging to contribute with greater pragmatism and drive. Serving as both a cultural activity and a mobilization effort, the event encouraged staff to translate OIH's development blueprint into concrete action, driving the Group's high-quality development.
