SIFEC successfully hosted its November Fashion Salon, presenting a focused exploration of aesthetics through two themed talks on styling aesthetics and facial bone-structure aesthetics. The event brought together fashion students and enthusiasts to deepen their understanding of beauty and personal style, helping participants find clear “anchors” for aesthetic self-awareness.

The first session, “Colors of the East: New Chinese Styling Aesthetics,” was delivered by senior fashion training expert Lumy. Drawing on rich cultural insight, she explored the stories behind traditional Chinese colors and demonstrated how they can be reinterpreted in contemporary fashion. Using Song Dynasty aesthetics as a reference, the talk highlighted the unique charm and modern potential of New Chinese style, inspiring participants to integrate cultural heritage into everyday styling.

The second session, “Bone-Structure Aesthetics: Decoding Your Innate Style DNA,” was led by Myung Ri Jung, a Korea-based senior styling and visual merchandising expert. Through professional bone-structure analysis, she introduced methods for identifying individual body and facial characteristics and translating them into effective image and styling strategies. The session offered practical guidance for participants seeking a more accurate and confident personal style.
