The China Cup International Fashion Design Competition, one of China's most influential national-level fashion contests, officially announces the launch of its first global high school category—a milestone expansion since its establishment in 1995.

Founded in Shanghai and internationally recognized, the China Cup has long served as a key platform for showcasing Chinese design and advancing fashion innovation. The new high school division aims to discover and support creative talents aged 15–18, providing early professional recognition and strong portfolio credentials for applications to leading global fashion and art institutions.

Entries are accepted in three categories—Fashion Design, Fashion Illustration, and Fashion Accessories—encouraging originality, craftsmanship, and contemporary expression. Outstanding works will be presented during Shanghai Fashion Week AW2026, giving young designers a rare opportunity to appear on an industry-standard stage.

A distinguished international jury of designers, artists, industry leaders, and academic experts will oversee evaluation to ensure high professional standards. Award recipients will gain official certification that strengthens their academic and creative development.
