China Cup, founded in 1995 and re-launched in 2018 with a focus on graduating students, is one of China’s most prestigious national and international fashion competitions. By 2025, it had reached 197 cities, 357 schools, and involved top global design institutions including London College of Fashion, Parsons, Istituto Marangoni, and École de la Chambre Syndicale. The competition has helped over 25,000 emerging designers showcase their talent, integrating digital tools and sustainable fashion practices.

For 2026, the competition evolves into the “China Cup · TECUL Innovation Series”, featuring the Graduation Season Design Competition, annual university innovation showcases, themed fashion shows, innovation forums, and a grand award ceremony in late March–early April 2026, coinciding with Shanghai Fashion Week 2026AW. Awards include Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Digital Design Excellence, with top winners earning scholarship opportunities at Istituto Marangoni, Italy.

Submissions open October 18, 2025, and close January 18, 2026.
