【Course Introduction】
SIFEC Visual Merchandising and Display Training Course starts from the introduction of visual display, describes the operation mode and mutual relationship of the three sections of store planning, window modeling and group sales, so as to improve the retail performance of stores, display the brand image and create pleasant shopping experience for consumers. By learning the underlying logic of visual merchandising and display, we can fully master the knowledge and skills of visual display design. In the context of the new retail industry, the effective combination of space atmosphere design and visual economy will greatly enhance the brand image and store sales performance.

Brand founder, business manager, fashion entrepreneur, fashion buying/collection store practitioners, display industry practitioners, store operators, clothing sales personnel, clothing store owners and managers, designers (i.e. exhibition designer, beautification and display designer, commercial space designer), and students in related majors etc.

【Course Content】
Day 1
An introduction of visual display, incorporating changes in the retail environment to learn the essential basics of visual display.
Study Module: Fundamentals of new retail visual display
Study Content: Introduction of visual display, basic knowledge on visual display, VMD terminology, retail terminal display management, display workflow, display necessary reference materials, display plan review process
Day 2 
Focus on the study of store space planning. A good layout of the moving lines will extend the shopping time of customers and promote the sales of related products.
Study Module: Store space planning
Study Content: Overview of commercial space design, conceptual orientation of commercial design, key word(s) of terminal design orientation, overall store style orientation of the floor, case analysis of store space planning, and plane layout
Practice Content: Plan store moving line and improve the function of store display area
Day 3 
Focus on the window, as the ‘first impression’ of the brand, the window connects business, art and consumers.
Study Module: Window design and mannequin modeling
Study Content: Window trend analysis, window design and expression technique(s), how to shape style/color/fabric/style, mannequin modeling collocation and group scene expression
Practice Content: Mannequin clothing selection, mannequin display skills
Day 4 
Focus on group sales, students bring display problems encountered in their work to class and solve them together with their teachers and classmates through practical operation.
Study Module: Display problem analysis and practical operation
Study Content: How to improve performance through display, serialization of group goods for display, display skills, display-guiding make, display question answering and practical operation
Practice Content: Goods combination, collocation and display, hanging/side hanging of desk stack assembly parts, etc.

He has worked for the following brands: GUCCI, TOD'S, MAX&Co., KOOKAI, FRATELLI ROSSETTI, NIKE, LEVIS, EVISU, NEW BALANCE, MOGG, TNGT, MOGG PINK, ANZHENG, etc. With rich practical experience, he can accurately grasp the brand connotation and show it in the language of art.
