- Product positioning/product positioning is to set the product differentiation according to the brand positioning and define the product strategy every quarter
- Series story and band/

- Product planning/based on market trends to meet customer needs: "Basic Planning Concept"
- Color planning, fabric planning, design planning/Refining the colors, fabrics and selling points of the new season according to brand positioning and product positioning and the fashion trend of a new season
- Product attributes/classification of products in order to maximize profit in the process of selling
- Product design/design of the product according to brand positioning and product planning
- Product matching display design/to highlight the brand positioning and brand DNA visual communication methods, also a means to enhance product sales
- Preparation of product planning plans
