Liu Yong

Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor, School of Fashion, Wuhan Textile University. Top Ten Fashion Designers in China, Winner of China Fashion Design "Golden Top Award". Director and Executive Committee Member of the Artistic Committee of the China Fashion Designers Association. Art Director of "LIUYONG Private Custom Series" and Art Director of Wuhan Yuda Group. Awarded one of the Top Ten Figures in Textile and Apparel in 2017. Presented collections at the official venue of New York Fashion Week in September 2018. Has showcased works at China International Fashion Week for many years. Served multiple times as a judge for the China Popular Fabric Design Competition and the "Changshu Garment City Cup" Casual Wear Design Competition.

 

Chu Jinyi

Director of Faculty, Shanghai International Fashion Education Center (SIFEC). Dean, School of Fashion, SIFEC; Senior Engineer. Graduated from Donghua University, majoring in Fashion Art and Design. Long-term experience teaching fashion pattern making, draping, garment technology, and quality management. Research focuses on fashion design and engineering, garment fitting. Senior examiner for National Vocational Qualification Certification (Garment Pattern Maker). Chief Expert of the Apparel Group at Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Expert and judge for the 45th and 46th WorldSkills Shanghai selection competitions in fashion technology. Member of Shanghai Garment Training Base Xinjiang Aid Project evaluation team. Judge and head judge for multiple sessions of Shanghai "Starlight Plan" vocational colleges competitions.

Lecturer and External Supervisor, School of Fashion, Shanghai International Fashion Education Center. Master’s in Art Design from Donghua University; Master’s in

Fashion Design from Istituto Europeo di Design, Europe. 10 years of experience in fast fashion and knitwear brand style design and product development domestically and internationally. In recent two years, has taught fashion design at East China Normal University, Shanghai Sanda University, SIFEC, and Istituto Marangoni, Italy. Focuses on cultivating students' divergent design thinking, combining woven or knitted fabric structures with design style. Helps students experience fabric surface effects through different stitch types, densities, yarn compositions, and structures. Aims to improve students’ ability to express designs through knit and woven craftsmanship while enhancing creativity and aesthetic ability.

 

Wang Ying

Founder of “Fei Mo Yi Mo” brand. Design Director of Shanghai Yiqi. Lecturer and external supervisor at Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology. Graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and outstanding graduate of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology fashion design undergraduate program. Founded “Fei Mo Yi Mo” in 2015, awarded Outstanding Young Designer. Winner of the 2016 Golden Lion Design Pioneer Award. In 2017, “Fei Mo Yi Mo” received China International Fashion Annual Fashion Brand Award. The “Cui · Millennium Mask” series is collected by the National First-Class Museum — China National Silk Museum.

 

Sabrina

Vice Dean, FABA Business School, Shanghai International Fashion Education Center. Chief Commercial Officer, Lagardère Travel Retail — one of the world's top three travel retail companies. Part-time professor for joint programs of FIT (New York), North Carolina State University, and Donghua University. Previously lectured at University of Surrey (UK), Istituto Marangoni (Italy), and IFA Paris. Nearly 20 years of experience in fashion covering merchandise, visual display, retail, logistics, marketing, and customer relations. Currently Chief Commercial Officer at Lagardère Travel Retail. Former Merchandise and Visual Display Director at Gucci China, achieving nearly 6 billion RMB sales and 59% growth during 2017-2018. Holds a master's degree from Leeds University Business School (UK). Previously served in senior merchandise roles at Celine, Chanel, Givenchy Greater China, and Burberry China.

 

Duan Ling

Specially Appointed Lecturer, Shanghai International Fashion Education Center. PhD, Senior Engineer. Graduated from Donghua University, majoring in Textile Materials and Textile Design. Nearly 20 years of industry experience, former Fabric R&D Manager at a well-known textile enterprise. Currently Director of Business Development, Head of Research Department, and Director of Fiber Laboratory at Shanghai Textile Museum. Member of China Textile Engineering Society and Shanghai Textile Engineering Society. Specially appointed lecturer at Jiaxing University and research mentor for China Science Popularization Study Alliance. Research fields: textile material structure and performance, fabric analysis and reconstruction, textile testing and characterization, textile cultural relic protection and restoration, ancient textile pattern analysis. Author of the series “Fiber Cognition,” “Fabric Identification,” “Physical and Chemical Testing,” and “Fabric Care.” Published numerous papers in renowned journals including SCI, EI, ISTP, and core Chinese journals.

Lu Renmin

Chief Senior Tailor, Perromon. Specially Appointed Senior Lecturer, Shanghai International Fashion Education Center. Over 30 years of experience in bespoke tailoring. Has made clothing multiple times for national leaders and important public figures. National vocational qualification examiner. Head expert and chief judge for the “Fashion Technology” project at the 45th and 46th WorldSkills Shanghai selection competitions. Research areas: garment pattern making, draping, bespoke tailoring.

Specially Appointed Lecturer, Shanghai International Fashion Education Center. 18 years of international brand visual marketing management and training experience. Previously responsible for visual merchandising in Greater China for Italian groups MAXMARA and TOD'S, Hong Kong I.T Group, and NOVOCONCEPT multi-brand concept stores. Served brands such as GUCCI, TOD'S, MAX&Co., KOOKAI, FRATELLI ROSSETTI, NIKE, LEVIS, EVISU, NEW BALANCE, MOGG, TNGT, MOGG PINK, ANZHENG, etc. Rich practical experience, accurately grasps brand essence, expresses it with artistic language.
