Course Introduction

This program is co-hosted by the Glorious Sun School of Business and Management at Donghua University and the FABA Fashion Business School at Shanghai International Fashion Education Center. This program is designed to enhance participants' professional and management skills, empowering fashion elites to grasp industry trends and navigate the transformation of the industry economy. The training gathers top-tier international fashion innovation forces, focusing comprehensively on the latest industry dynamics, with a strategic aim of shaping the future leaders of the fashion industry. The curriculum is precisely designed to analyze industry intricacies and address the complexities of the industry landscape.

 

This is the only high-level executive program in China that is jointly created by universities and the fashion industry, offering certification. Upon enrollment, participants will have lifetime access to alumni services and free learning opportunities for open course modules. The specific open course modules will be communicated to alumni in advance according to the annual course setup. The first three cohorts can attend all projects and related activities free of charge.

 

After more than two years of practice and operation, the program retains its premium courses and faculty, while continually updating and expanding course modules and teaching resources. The annual updates and iterations of the course modules and field investigation content are in line with industry development trends, continuously incorporating new knowledge systems and resource support, integrating industry, business, and educational resources.

 

The program aims to create the only alumni network for future leaders in the fashion industry, aggregating outstanding talent within the industry. It fosters open-mindedness, offering unique interaction opportunities with international faculty and guest leaders, both in and outside the classroom, to share insights on global fashion industry trends and trajectories.

Wang Wei

Master's degree from the University of Leeds Business School, skilled in luxury retail operations, product planning, and visual merchandising. Former Director of Product Procurement and Art Merchandising at Gucci China, winning nearly 6 billion in sales and 59% growth for the brand during 2017-2018. Former Director of Product and Planning at Burberry, Greater China, Former Product Director at Givenchy Greater China, and has also worked in product procurement and market operations management at Chanel and Celine. Has lectured at Donghua University, New York Fashion Institute, University of Surrey (UK), Istituto Marangoni (Italy), and Skema Business School (France).

 

Zhu Weiming

Zhou Jianheng

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Glorious Sun School of Business and Management atDonghua University, Visiting Scholar at University of North Carolina, USA. Has extensive experience in research on fast fashion supply chain strategies and supply chain coordination and resource allocation. Has led several national and provincial-level key projects, and relevant research findings have been applied in garment enterprises. Author of publications such as “Illustrated Modern Logistics,” “Supply Chain Management: Theory and Experiment,” “Logistics Information System Application Cases,” and “Operations Management.”

 

Liu Dongsheng

Head of the Business Administration Department and Associate Professor at Glorious Sun School of Business and Management at Donghua University, Master’s Supervisor. He has extensive teaching and research experience in business administration and marketing. He has rich experience in MBA teaching and executive-level management training and has participated in and led many research projects. He also collaborates closely with domestic and international consulting firms and enterprises in the fashion, automotive, garment, luxury, and modern services industries. Member of the China Marketing Association. Multiple times awarded Donghua University’s "Most Popular MBA Teacher" and "My Favorite Teacher."

 

Gao Changchun
