Zorika, an experienced cat owner and advocate, transitioned from learning ecology at the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to fashion design at Parsons School of Design in New York, USA. She is committed to using sustainable aesthetic design to attract avant-garde and eco-conscious pet parents to promote healthy dialogue between people, pets and the earth.

With nearly 5 years of experience in pet clothing design and production, she has deeply explored the aesthetics of pet clothing and the design concept of sustainable fashion through practice. She is familiar with the preferences of pet owners for pet clothing both domestically and internationally, as well as the fashion trend of pet clothing supplies. Additionally, she is familiar with the differences in body types of different dog breeds and the adapted product styles. She taught pet clothing making skills in offline workshops organized by Shanghai Bund Financial Center, Guangzhou 2023 CMF Trend LAB, etc. She has both solid practical teaching ability in pet clothing and cutting-edge sustainable fashion concepts. In addition to the design and production of pet clothing, she is also good at using virtual plate software to create digital pet clothing. She  collaborated with the sytling director of Menghualu Clothing and Huang Wei - former editor of VOUGE (Taiwan version) to co-create  "Hua Xia Yi Guan Zhi" NFT- virtual pet clothing, and released a special editon for the Year of the Rabbit.

She has 10 years of experience in style design and product development for fast fashion brands and knitting brands at home and abroad. In the past two years, she has taught fashion design in East China Normal University, Sanda University, SIFEC Fashion School and Marangoni Istituto (Italy). Her teaching focuses on cultivating the divergence of students' design thinking, combining the woven fabric or knitting organization structure with the design style of clothing, so that students can personally recognize the surface effect of fabric brought by the changes of different needle types, density, yarn composition and organization structure in the process of practical operation on the machine, and improve their ability to express design works through the knitting process. At the same time, students' creativity and aesthetic ability can be stimulated and enhanced.
